Extend your reservation:

If you booked your reservation on Airbnb, you will need to initiate the request to extend on Airbnb and we will promptly review and accept.

If you booked on Booking.com or VRBO, you will be able to extend on our site www.metrofrontdesk.com. If you’re having issues, we recommend booking a new reservation on this site for your additional days. The price will be less than your original reservation and you will have full control of your extensions. If you have any issues at all please call our team at 480-331-3630.

If you have any maintenance needs, please visit us at the local office. We have fully staffed offices at all sites and full time maintenance teams to meet all of your needs.

We have an amazing housekeeping team but things can happen. The good news is that we are always here to help. Find us at the local office or call our team if you need anything from our housekeeping team.
